*This show is limited to visual artists, 18+ years old, residing in 9 counties of New York State's Southern Tier (Allegany, Broome, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Chemung, Steuben, Schuyler, Tioga, and Tompkins)
Southern Tier Biennial
Since 2005, The STB has showcased the vitality and diversity of visual art in the Southern Tier of New York State. Accepted works are exhibited at the Tri-County Arts Council in Olean, NY.
Best in show wins $3,000 & a solo show in 2024. There is also a $750 Juror’s Choice Award ,and three $500 Honorable Mentions. Every exhibitor receives a $175 stipend for use in materials and transportation.
